Features: Covenant delivered a fast-paced, design-build hybrid steel project for the South Carolina Tissue Facility, guided by bridging documents from Jacobs Engineering. The facility features pre-engineered and hybrid steel buildings, insulated foam wall panels, a standing seam roof system, bridge cranes, firewalls, and multiple loading docks. Contracted directly with the Owner, who also served as Construction Manager, we provided a seamless, coordinated build from start to finish.
